The Forum will held in in Buenos Aires April 17-20, 2007 and attended by approximately 3,000 participants representing government, civil society and AIDS activists, people living with HIV and AIDS, academic institutions, the private sector (e.g. pharmaceutical companies), international agencies, and bilateral and multilateral institutions.
