Panos London stimulates informed and inclusive public debate around key development issues in order to foster sustainable development. We are working to promote an enabling media and communications environment worldwide.

The Panos London AIDS Programme works with the media to support environments where informed public debate flourishes, and civil society are empowered to determine locally owned, locally driven responses to the epidemic. Over the last two decades, Panos has initiated and maintained numerous activities aiming at supporting the media.

Panos London is part of the Panos Global AIDS Programme, which emerged to consolidate the Panos Network’s HIV/AIDS activities and draw on the full breadth of experience that different Panos offices have to offer. The Global AIDS Programme is coordinated from Panos Southern Africa in Zambia.

The Panos Global AIDS Programme is a network of offices from Africa, the Caribbean, South Asia and Europe, working together to increase participation, ownership and accountability in the response to the HIV/AIDS pandemic.
